Shannon Spake
Shannon Spake was born July 23rd, 1976. Shannon Spake is an NASCAR reporter, as well as an Fox Sports college and basketball reporter. She was previously employed by ESPN, where she was a SportsCenter contributor, providing information prior to and after games. In addition, she was a reporter on the sidelines for ESPN's SEC in ESPN basketball and college football games. Spake has also been journalist at SEC Network. This network is part of ESPN. Prior to joining ESPN, Spake worked at Speed Channel, where she co-hosted NASCAR Nation in its second version (June until November 2005) as well as a reporter for the first edition (February through June 2005). Along with Marty Smith, she co-hosted Back Seat Drivers (a talk show) together with Marty Smith. Her prior on-air positions included stints at WCCB which is located in Charlotte, North Carolina, as well as Carolina Sports and Entertainment Television.
